RENT OUR THEATER
 

Historical Dover Little Theatre (DLT) is available for rent by groups for theatrical performances, as a filming location, and for events.

The rental includes:
 

  • 100 fixed, cloth-topped audience seats arranged on a gentle slope

  • Stage with or without curtains

  • Ability to connect to the DLT sound system

  • Standard house/stage lighting

  • Ticket office area

  • Snack bar (restrictions apply)

  • Restrooms

  • Dressing room

  • Heating/air conditioning

  • DLT Board Member on premises to assist

Additional production personnel and equipment may be negotiated at an additional charge depending on the technical requirements of the performance.

Availability
 

The Theatre is available for rent based on space availability. Rental of DLT is limited to one party at a time.

Rates
 

Rental rates include set-up and take-down and are based on the day of the week, technical requirements, type of performance, and other factors. Additional charges may apply for use of DLT's expanded lighting, props, set pieces, and any other additional services.

Accessibility
 

  • DLT's entrance, lobby, snack bar, restrooms, and audience area are stair-free

  • The stage and dressing room are accessed via stairs

  • Street parking only — DLT does not have its own parking lot

Notes
 

  • Smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, and illegal substances are prohibited

  • Only pre-packaged, non-prepared food is permitted

  • A DLT board member or authorized representative must be in attendance for the duration of the rental
